This event is about welcoming Sun Energy into our lives by doing Sun Salutes with Sacred Sanskrit Mantra, a unique experience that is not to be missed.

Agenda

7.00am: Registration and set up

7.15am: Chant 108 rounds of the Sun Mantra

7.30am: Asana practice of 108 rounds of Sun Salutations (working at your own pace)

8.45am: The Deep Relax (Yoga Nidra)

9.15am: Chai and Prasad (food offering)

9.45am: Conclude.
