The retrospective 2023-2024 IYTA (NZ) AGM is Saturday, 22nd March 2025 at 10 am.

 

Please refer to the Agenda for the 2024 AGM. There are three items to be voted on.  At the meeting you will be invited to cast a vote for each of these. There is an important remit in the Agenda. Voting will be held online at the time of the meeting and for a period afterwards.

Financial members of the 2023-2024 year, plus current financial members, are eligible to vote:

   1. Read the Agenda for the AGM.

​​

   2. Read the Treasurer's report and annual financial statement.

• Vote to agree, or not agree, to accept the annual financial statement for the year ended 31 March 2024.

   3. Remit

• Vote to agree, or not agree, to accept the remit, as follows: 
    'The International Yoga Teachers Association (NZ) Inc. is wound up
    (according to Section 23 of the Rules (see Appendix 1)) as it is no
    longer able to govern the charity's operations or carry out its work.'

   4. Life Membership nominations

• Vote to agree, or not agree, to accept Rachel Chapman for life membership (see Agenda for supporting documentation).​

Members can access all the AGM documents without having to log on.

The ​Online 2024 AGM Voting Form is now available, and must be submitted by midnight on Monday 31st March 2025.

Your IYTA (NZ) membership must be valid for the 2023-2024 financial year, or the current year, in order for you to be eligible to vote.
